NBC’s popular game show “Deal or No Deal” will be hosting a mini-casting event at Friendship Plaza on East Campus today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., open to all students.
The show’s casting agents say that recruiting on campus is a fresh attempt to attract young people to the show, and that the show is considering a special edition with just student contestants.
“Deal or No Deal” is a game of odds and chances where contestants play for up to a $1 million by choosing one out of 26 briefcases, in hopes that they contain some nominative amount when they are opened at the end of the show.
