A panel related to the book “Just Mercy" talked about their personal perspectives and experiences with incarcerations and the criminal justice reform programs, Thursday, April 21, in the Administration Building Room A160 at City College. The main topic discussed was the need for change in the American prison systems and the aftermath of the emotional damage that it produces on individuals who come out of prison and how society views them.

"Tea For Three" is a piece of art that is being displayed at the student art exhibit "Bits and Pieces" on Tuesday, March 2, in the John Dunn Gourmet Dining Room at City College. The ceramic tea set was created by City College student Marla Mockus.

Robet Gulvin was in the football program as a receiver for two years at City College but transitioned into playing volleyball Tuesday, Feb. 23, at La Playa Stadium. Gulvin has been pursuing volleyball with an ambition that has made him become the hardest hitter on the Vaqueros team making 52 kills in only six matches this season.
