Visser named top swimmer: Vaqueros take conference title

The leading athlete of City College's golf team is Jonny Hogan, Monday, April 13, on West Campus in Santa Barbara. Hogan began playing golf at age 4, and now the 20-year-old sophomore is ranked second in the Western State Conference.
