Feb. 27 – 5:50 p.m.
A hit-and-run was reported to security. The car, parked in lot 5 – 1 (the first level of the parking structure on West Campus), had damage to the rear passenger door and white scratch marks. The student reported the incident occurred on Monday, Feb. 25.
March 1 – 4:45 p.m.
A female student tumbled down the BC Forum patio stairs and notified security. She was carrying multiple bags, including a rolling backpack when she lost her balance. Her head struck the ground. She sustained bruises and scrapes, but never lost consciousness and had no broken bones. 911 was called and an ambulance transported her to Cottage Hospital.
March 4 – 10:15 a.m.
A male student placed an unauthorized graffiti sticker on a West campus kiosk. Staff grounds witnessed the vandalism and approached the individual. He was cooperative and accepted responsibility. He was referred to student discipline.
March 4 – 6:15 p.m.
Security responded to a possible medical emergency involving a male City College employee at the West Campus Cafe. The employee was cleaning in the snack shop when he experienced rapid heart pounding and slightly blurred vision. When security arrived, the man claimed to feel better, but he insisted to leave work to seek a medical evaluation. A relative picked the employee up and brought him the hospital.
March 5 – 10:00 a.m.
The smell of marijuana wafted from West campus bluffs. Security approached two suspicious males and had them open their clenched fists. A glass pipe and lighter were discovered and confiscated. The students will be referred to student discipline.
