“Superficial” is the debut album of Heidi Montag, better known for her role on MTV’s “The Hills.”
Montag is also recently infamous because of her obsession with plastic surgery. After having 10 procedures done in one day, her musical talent did not improve.
Unfortunately for Montag, surgery won’t help her music career.
Basically every track in “Superficial” sounds alike. All of them have typical dance beats with synthesized vocals. The songs “Fanatic,” “More is More,” and “My Parade” appear to be more synthesizer than Montag herself.
The lyrics are no better than the rest of the album. Montag sings about these ideas: how hard it is to handle the paparazzi, how she turns heads everywhere she goes, and how she ignores those that rain on her parade.
No wonder she only managed to sell
