The popular late-night eatery After Dark: Mac and Cheese opened on May 24, and boasts a simple menu with bold flavors created by City College culinary students.
Damian Gover, 35, the owner of After Dark: Mac and Cheese, interviewed students and graduates from the City College culinary department. He was hoping to find potential employees with creative ideas for his restaurant.

Located on the intersection of Haley and State Street, bar-hoppers and hungry customers drop by to get either macaroni and cheese or a “waffle sammie.”
